What behind sneaky starts by Louisville, Texas A&M?

Few people saw these starts coming:

Louisville was expected to a middle-of-the-pack Big East team this season, but the Cards are a Top 20 team and pulled off one of the season’s great comebacks Saturday against Marquette.

Texas A&M is 16-1 overall and 11th in the polls, but coach Mark Turgeon is downplaying any and all hype until further notice.

So how are they doing it? Ken Davis has answers in his weekly column.

(Hint: Chris Smith and Khris Middleton would be good places to start.)
