BracketBuster schedule, quick breakdown

Butler’s not participating. Kenneth Faried won’t be on TV. Belmont didn’t get an invite because the Atlantic Sun isn’t involed.

But those are about the only things wrong with ESPN’s annual BracketBuster event. Matchups for all 57 games were announced Monday, including the 11 televised games Feb. 18-20.

The best breakdowns for every game can be found at The Mid-Majority. You name it – stats, rosters, recent meetings, team history – it’s in those previews. (Not even gonna try and compete with Bally.)

And here’s the TV lineup.

The marquee game is obviously Utah State at St. Mary’s. Two teams with fantastic offenses and designs on playing Cinderella in March? Can’t beat that.

Also worth your TV time: VCU at Wichita State (Rams could grab a huge win if they can grab any offensive rebounds) and Hofstra at Wright State. The Pride’s Charles Jenkins is the best player you’ll see during the event (mostly ‘cause Faried and Morehead State ain’t on TV).
