Coach K’s historic 903rd victory, in photos

Mike Krzyzewski passed Adolph Rupp, he passed Dean Smith and now Bob Knight.

After a 74-69 win Tuesday night vs. Michigan State, Duke’s coach became the all-time wins leader among men’s D-I coaches. Those 903 wins aren’t the most impressive aspect of his career – don’t forget those seven Final Fours in nine years or the four national titles – and that total won’t even be the record when he eventually retires. He’s only 64 and shows no sign of slowing.

But 903 such a massive number that it’s hard to put in words. Thirty wins a year for 30 years? That’s ridiculous. So I’ll just shut up for a minute and show what it was like in photos.
