Video: If a potential 1 seed stumbles, which team steps in?

Kentucky and Syracuse have been entrenched as 1 seeds in most NCAA tournament projections for weeks. There’s been some movement with the other two top spots, though.

Our most recent projection has Kansas and North Carolina as 1s, with Duke, Missouri, Ohio State and Michigan State as 2s. Now, unless you’re new to the whole projections things, you know that most everything related to seeding can change between now and Selection Sunday. Teams can lose in the first rounds of conference tournaments, others can make runs and bolster their cases.

It’s fluid. And that’s the larger point in this SportsTalk video in which Tom Brennan talks about the top seeds and which teams – like Duke – could still make a move. Hey, Carolina’s rolling, but there’s little doubt the Devils could slide in there.

Wouldn’t be March without them as a 1.
