The news, first reported by Inside Carolina, means that Stilman White and Justin Watts will once again be taking the reins of the North Carolina offense. Marshall had surgery to repair a broken scaphoid bone in his right wrist.

“He was just in too much pain,” a source to CBSSports.com.

Marshall went through shoot around, but the injury left him in too much pain.
