Thanks for taking the time to do so. My hope is that the affected families and friends recognize the effort being made by the nation to try and ease their pain. Nothing will of course, but at a time like this, any effort by sports teams, politicians, clergy, etc., should be applauded for what it is: a showing that everyone hurts when something like this happens. It truly is tragic, and although those unaffected directly can’t possibly know what those who have been are going through, at least they’re trying to walk along side them and offer a shoulder to lean on. It’ll take a long time before the pain even remotely subsides. God bless.
