And he did it the right way, without a lot of media fanfare. Strictly a “we know we’re important to the people of the state of CT, so we want to do whatever little we can to help”. I’m glad he got a multi-year deal. I don’t know anything about him other than what I’ve read on the Internet, but he comes across to me as a true class act. I’m genuinely happy for him and the UConn sports family. Great move by the school’s administration. Have a great season, Coach.
