But if an athlete decides to leave for virtually any reason, he has to sit out a year (usually), or a school decides not to &quot;release him from his scholarship&quot;?  Sorry, but if the NCAA actually wanted to do something useful for a change, maybe they should look into creating some equality as it pertains to player transfers.]]></description>
