According to Regine, Still and Lacy “indicated that Mr. Mondy was not involved in any way. He simply had to be standing next to him at the time.”

I’d like to know how this third guy gets away without being prosecuted. Did he get blood on his hand from high-fiving the other low-lifes that had nothing better to do that night than beat up an innocent kid? Guess you can take the brother out of the hood, but you’ll never take the hood out of the brother. 4 years isn’t enough. The victim is disfigured for life.
