Atkins clearly called a timeout before that play but because the ref was out of position he called a bs jump ball, possession arrow- R. ND led the whole second half and Rutgers almost benefited off of a garbage initial call. Gimme break ND hater. ND is lousy on the floor but don’t lie about a legit win over Rutgers.
