Big East / Catholic 7… Just get it over with already.

If the Catholic 7 forms they should definitely add Butler and Xavier to the mix. There will likely be another few BB only schools that want to defect and they can gave a pretty solid/stable 10-12 team league.

The musical chairs between conferences has to stop sometime. The Big East is likely done as we know it so go ahead and end it and avoid the “slow death” strategy which doesnt do any conference any good.

….or you could change trains at Metro Center and take the red line one stop to Gallery Place/Chinatown. At that point you’re literally under the arena. Piece o’ cake.

It isn’t hard to get from Georgetown to the Verizon Center. Students easily walk to the Rosslyn or Foggy Bottom metro and ride it to Metro Center from their it’s about 3 blocks. Everyone is use to commuting with in the city so don’t blame the lack of attendance or passion on the fact that the arena isn’t on campus.

That’s hot. Like to see them bring along Xavier, St. Louis, St. Josephs, Dayton and Creighton. Make the league’s name the Catholic 12. Oooh that makes my mouth water a little.
