If I was a coach I’d want the team to wear them in a couple regular season games to get used to the feel and make sure they feel fine. They can wear them in practice but that still isn’t the same as wearing them in a real game. I can just imagine a favored team losing early and their players blaming the jerseys, which makes Adidas look terrible.
