Utah State pulled in a big in-state commitment on Saturday afternoon as a source confirmed to NBCSports.com that shooting guard Brock Miller committed to the Aggies.

The 6-foot-5 Miller ran with the Utah Prospects on the grassroots circuit and had success running alongside Gonzaga commit and point guard Jesse Wade. Miller himself had high-major looks from schools like Boston College and Stanford, so this is a nice grab for head coach Stew Morrill. Harvard was also involved in Miller’s recruitment and Corbin Miller, Brock’s older brother, will be a sophomore on the team this season after a LDS mission in Mexico.

Regarded as a three-star prospect, according to Rivals, Miller is a good knockdown shooter with very good range and textbook form. He should give Utah State a boost in the perimeter scoring department almost immediately.
