Creighton made a fast move on a Class of 2015 point guard as the Bluejays landed a commitment from Marlon Stewart on Monday afternoon.

The 6-foot-1 Stewart announced his decision on Twitter:

A native of Eldridge, Iowa, Stewart is considered a three-star prospect according to Rivals and picked the Bluejays over Bradley, Florida Gulf Coast and Northern Illinois.

Playing with Chicago-based grassroots program Team Rose, Stewart had a really strong month of July and became a priority recruit for mid-major programs.

Creighton also took notice of Stewart and had him on an official visit this past weekend, where they offered and sealed the deal on his recruitment.

Stewart joins a 2015 Creighton class that includes four-star center Justin Patton.
