Game of the Night: No. 21 SMU at Memphis, 9:00 p.m.

Surprisingly enough, SMU has managed to play their way into a tie for first place in the American despite the fact that they are playing without Emmanuel Mudiay, Keith Frazier and Justin Martin and that they didn’t get Markus Kennedy until the start of the secon semester. Memphis has been playing much better basketball late in the season, but they’ll be playing at home with a chance to spoil SMU’s title run.

Who’s Getting Upset?: No. 7 Arizona at Colorado, 9:00 p.m.

Arizona is in the driver’s seat in the race for the Pac-12 regular season title, but they’re not in the clear yet. Colorado has had a tremendously disappointing season, but with a date with Utah coming up on Saturday, it would be really easy for the Wildcats to simply overlook their trip to Boulder. A poor season doesn’t change the fact that the Buffaloes do have some talent on their roster. This is what we like to call a trap game.

Five Things to Watch For

1. Arizona State at No. 13 Utah, 10:30 p.m.: The Utes are not quite as at risk as Arizona is -- they’re playing at home -- but this is still a potential road block. The Sun Devils already picked off Arizona this season.

2. Portland at No. 3 Gonzaga, 11:00 p.m.: The Zags has already clinched the WCC regular season title. But they haven’t clinched a No. 1 seed yet.

3. Minnesota at Michigan State, 7:00 p.m.: Michigan State has been the hottest team in the Big Ten. Will that continue tonight when Minnesota comes to town?

4. Louisiana Tech at UTEP, 8:00 p.m.: First place in Conference USA is on the line as the Bulldogs make the trip to El Paso.

5. Wofford at Mercer, 7:00 p.m.: The Terriers can clinch a share of the Southern Conference title with a win tonight.
