With Florida head coach Billy Donovan leaving to take the same position in the NBA with the Oklahoma City Thunder, there have been questions about what the four members of the Gators’ Class of 2015 will do.

Three of those commitments have publicly stated their intentions for next season, according to multiple reports.

According to Kevin Brockway of the Gainesville Sun, three-star forward Kevarrius Hayes and four-star forward Noah Dickerson are both fine staying committed to the Gators at this point. “Florida is Florida. It will never change to me,” Hayes said to Brockway.

Meanwhile, Montverde Academy assistant coach Rae Miller told Brockway that Dickerson is also intent on staying at Florida for the time being. “Right now he’s 100 percent committed to Florida,” Miller said to Brockway.

Speaking with ESPN.com‘s Jeff Borzello, four-star wing Keith Stone also re-affirmed his commitment to Florida, post-Donovan. “I trust in the AD to find the right guy,” Stone said to Borzello.

With three of Florida’s four commitments seemingly on-board to stay, regardless of new head coach, the only member of the class not to say anything publicly on the matter is four-star guard KeVaughn Allen.

If the new Florida head coach is able to keep three of the four Gators committed in the Class of 2015, there should be plenty of talent left for the Gators. Senior Dorian Finney-Smith is returning along with talented backcourt members Kasey Hill and Chris Chiozza. Alex Murphy and Devin Robinson also come back for Florida and the team also gets redshirt freshman guard Brandone Francis and former South Florida big man transfer John Egbunu.

Of course, a successor to Donovan needs to be named before all of these hypothetical situations become official, but there is enough talent at Florida to potentially be pretty good in year one for a new head coach.
