Gonzaga center Przemek Karnowski is currently with Team Poland as they prepare to compete in FIBA Euro Basket, the European Championships that double as a qualifier for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro next summer.
Karnowski is 7-foot-1 and somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 pounds. Fellow Polish 7-footer Marcin Gortat of the Washington Wizards is on the roster as well, and for some reason, whoever is in charge of seating for the Polish team decided it would be a good idea to have Gortat and Karnowski be seatmates on a flight this morning.

I wonder how Gortat, the elder statesmen of Poland’s 7-footer coalition, let Karnowski get the aisle and both of the armrests. That’s horrible plane etiquette. It’s a good thing he wasn’t seated next to Jim Jeffries, I guess. (That link is slightly NSFW.)
