Illinois head coach John Groce continued to build on what is currently one of the nation’s best recruiting classes, as he added a commitment from Trent Frazier on Sunday.
Frazier is one of the nation’s best scoring point guards. A 6-foot-1, he’s known for his ability to get into the lane, but part of the reason that he had a breakout July is that his jump shot was better.
The Florida native ranks in the top 100 of just about every major recruiting service. He’ll join a 2017 Illini recruiting class that already includes five-star Jeremiah Tilmon, DaMonte Williams and Javon Pickett.
